Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of TradiQs AI’s website, applications, content, market-intelligence features, and related services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service and Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and comply with all laws applicable to your use of the Services. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your account credentials.

2. Simulated Trading Disclaimer

TradiQs AI provides software, educational content, market analysis, and simulated or informational trading tools. Nothing in the Services is financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice; no content is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold an asset. Hypothetical, simulated, historical, and back-tested results have inherent limitations and do not represent actual trading. Trading leveraged products, digital assets, foreign exchange, and securities involves substantial risk, including loss of principal. You remain solely responsible for every decision and execution.

3. Subscription and Billing Terms

Paid plans may be billed monthly, annually, or as otherwise disclosed at checkout. You authorize our payment provider to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and recurring amounts until cancellation. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase. We may change plan pricing prospectively with reasonable notice. You may cancel before the next renewal date to avoid future charges; access continues through the current paid period unless otherwise stated.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the Services, circumvent security controls, reverse engineer except where prohibited by law, scrape or harvest data without permission, interfere with other users, introduce malicious code, use the Services for unlawful conduct, or represent our analysis as guaranteed returns. You must comply with applicable broker, exchange, and financial-services rules.

5. Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party brokers, exchanges, payment processors, and data providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. TradiQs AI is not responsible for third-party availability, data, execution, acts, omissions, or losses.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradiQs AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, trading losses, or business interruption arising from or related to the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, engaged in fraud or abuse, or if required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

8. Changes and Contact
